About Pizza 4P's Brooklyn

Pizza 4P's is a Japanese-founded Italian restaurant in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, born in Vietnam and proudly opening its first U.S. location in New York City. We unite Italian traditions with Japanese precision, fermentation, and Omotenashi hospitality. Our sourdough pizza is naturally fermented with whole wheat and rye flour. Artisan pasta and house-made cheese paired with seasonal ingredients from NY farmers. Developed with Chef Sakamoto of Michelin-starred Cenci in Kyoto β€” not fusion, but true harmony. Inspired by "What the Earth Told Me," our space is calm and welcoming for family dinners, date nights, and celebrations. Natural wines, craft beers, seasonal cocktails complete the experience. Our mission: Delivering Wow, Sharing Happiness.

All i have to say is WOW !!! We got lucky and had a seat right in-front of the pizza owen so we saw masters at work. When i tell you that my belly felt better, calmer and flatter walking out then walking in - thats how good the pizza dough is😍. Every bite was delicious, service impeccable and pricing very appropriate. Already counting days to our next visit here. A must visit if you are around. Place is such a nice vibe - almost like in JapanπŸ™πŸ»

The Tokyo-via-Saigon pizza empire has finally landed in NYC. πŸ•πŸŒΏ Pizza 4P’s just opened up in Greenpoint, and if you know anything about their reputation in Vietnam, you know this is a big deal. The Vibe & Service: We grabbed a table on a packed Friday night, fully expecting to have to shout over the table. Instead, the atmosphere was amazingβ€”beautifully designed and surprisingly quiet and intimate despite being at full capacity. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel special. The Food: Lotus Garden App: An absolute must-order. Beautifully balanced and an amazing way to start the meal. The Dough: You can taste the obsessive craftsmanship. It's incredibly well madeβ€”chewy, light, and perfectly fired. Mushroom Pizza: To. Die. For. The umami flavor profile on this pie is next level. I am kicking myself a little for not getting a pie with their signature homemade burrata, but honestly, I'm just looking at it as a guaranteed reason to come back next week. 10/10 addition to the neighborhood And NYC

AMAZING. It totally lived up to the hype. It’s definitely a different vibe from the location I went to in Vietnam (diff menu) but still nice nonetheless. The ambiance was so calm and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly nice. Definitely sit at the bar if you canβ€”it’s fun watching them make the pizzas. The smoked salmon tartare was so good. My favorite dish was the 4 mushroom risotto with pork belly. They give you chili oil to pour on top, and it took it to another level. I could honestly eat that over and over again. Def not your typical risotto more fried rice esque. The sea veggie & seafood pizza (oyster, shrimp, and squid) was also amazing. It wasn’t overly cheesy or fishyβ€”everything was really balanced. The burrata ice cream was INSANE. I expected regular ice cream with burrata on top, but the burrata was actually infused into the ice cream. I have no idea how they did it, but it had this subtle cheesy flavor without being too sweet. The strawberries and crumble were the perfect pairing. I also tried the hojicha cocktail, and it was so good. The hojicha flavor really came through, and it was nice and strong.

I saw a post online about Pizza 4P’s opening and was really excited to check it out. It’s incredibly popular in Vietnam, and since I happened to be in NYC, I decided to give it a try. I was lucky enough to snag a reservation, especially since I heard they booked up almost immediately. First, I want to say the service was good. Our server, Austin (I think), was friendly and checked up on us a few times. The owner was also on-site, along with what seemed to be a few members of the corporate team. They’re currently not offering the half-and-half pizzas that you can get at their Vietnam locations, and the menu is understandably more limited. We ordered the seafood ceviche, the pork risotto, and the burrata pizza. The ceviche was decent, but it didn’t really resemble a traditional ceviche since all of the seafood was fully cooked. The pork risotto, unfortunately, was incredibly salty and had more of a fried rice texture than a risotto. We ended up sending it back, and one of the team members apologized, explaining that the pork is marinated in fish sauce. I did expect they might offer to replace our plates since they still had the pork risotto on them, but that never happened. Aft
